Here are a few reminders:

When you receive your email confirmation please look it over for accuracy.
Double check your shipping method and ship to address. ZIP CODES !
If your order is placed after 10:00 A.M. it will go out the following day.
If you ordered the pinata, the items for it are in a separate bag in your box. They are not already in the pinata. We let you do that.
If you do not receive your package in time, please do not open it and write "REFUSED" on it and your post office will ship it back to us free of charge to you.
We can accept returns of unopened items if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or if you don't use them at your party, however the dikhead hat cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
