Returns

Need to return an item? No problem as long as  you have contacted us explaining why you wish to return the product. We'll exchange it or refund your purchase price of the products when you return it within 30 days. No hassles. Just replace the product in it's original package and follow these simple steps:

1. Call our customer service at 847-622-4317. Leave them a message that you will be returning a product and for what reason you are returning it.

2. Place your receipt in the box along with the product you are returning.

3. Please send the package to us using United Postal service ground mail delivery. Please obtain a confirmation of delivery receipt. This is the least expensive way to return an item.  When we receive the package we will automatically issue a credit refund for the products purchased.  

4. If you ordered the Post Office's 2-3 business day Priority mail and have not opened the package please take it back to the Post Office. They will return it to us free of charge. 

5. Fed Ex deliveries cannot be sent back via Fed Ex. You will need to repackage them in a plain box and send them via the post office ground delivery and obtain a confirmation of delivery receipt. 

6. Please email  us if you have any questions on our return policy. Every return is different so if you need to clarify any return information, please email us. We will return your email within one business day. In most cases our email is answered within 4 hours. Thanks!
