Due to recent delay times in customs, we can no longer ship out of the United States. We apologize for this.  Fed ex does not deliver on Saturday or Sundays. Our shipping department is closed Saturdays and Sundays also.

               We cannot ship overnight on Fridays for a Saturday delivery. 

SHIPPING INFO.

We use the US Postal Service 2-4  business day Priority mail and Fed Ex to ship our products. Our products are shipped in plain packages. No pictures or logos are on the boxes. 

The following rates and shipping information apply to the United States only. For same day shipping we must receive your order by 10:00 AM Central Standard time. (Chicago time) 

All orders received by 10:00 AM Central Standard Time will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 10:00 AM will be shipped out the following day.

How does Fed Ex delivery work?

Depending on the day of the week we offer the following Fed Ex Shipping options:

Please note. Fed Ex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please choose Priority Mail for P.O. box deliveries. Fed ex requires a signature for release of the package if shipping to an apartment or work address. If you do not want to have to sign for delivery to a home address please indicate in the customer comment box on the last page upon checkout.  

  Our shopping cart automatically calculates the shipping rates for you based on your package weight and zip code. There is a section for comments on our order page. Please let us know the date of your party ( and please be honest) ! Feel free to add any additional comments on that form. Remember, we need your order here in Chicago by 10:00 AM for same day shipping.  

How does United Postal Office 2-4 business day Priority Mail work?

  This is a very fair shipping rate and the least expensive way to go. There is not an absolute guarantee the Post Office will deliver your package in 2-4 business days, but 99% of the time it arrives on time.We have had great success with the United Postal Service and if we know the date of your party, which you should provide for us upon checking out, we can almost always get your package to you on time.

Need an absolute guaranteed delivery? Choose Fed Ex.

Need your package by Friday ? 

Order by Tuesday at 10:00 AM CST.  It should arrive by Friday.     

Need your package by Saturday?               

Order by Wednesday at 10:00 AM CST.  The US Post Office should deliver it by Saturday.

If your United States Post Office Priority Mail order does not reach you in time for the party you may return it. Do not open it and E-mail or call us for instructions. As long as it is unopened, the Post Office will allow you to ship the package back to us free of charge.
